The taste of gourmet cuisine by Navigli is always the protagonist, even on Sundays! On Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and on Sundays for dinner we will have a special menu every week with typical Italian home courses.
The gastronomic proposals by chef Tiziana Branca focus on flavours and traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary vision. Great attention is dedicated to the selection of suppliers and products, with a strong connection to the land.
In addition to à la carte menu the restaurant offers a tasting menu “Naviglio” for 35 euro, a journey through classic dishes, but not overly classic, Milanese cuisine such as Risotto ai Pistilli di Zafferano e dadolata di ossobuco in gremolada or Filetto di Vitello alla Milanese, and the “Osteria” menu, a journey through 5 courses with dessert of your choice designed by our chef.
The wine list is edited by sommelier Davide Valerio, awarded for the best list Trento Doc in Italy by Gambero Rosso.
